 The Madison Area Internship Program, (Formerly Classrooms to Careers and School to Work) has been assisting students and their families make informed decisions regarding their post secondary, educational and vocational opportunities for over ten years.

Step 1 – Use Bridges (Guidance Central) to assist you in developing a list of job interests and abilities.

Step 2 – Use the "Featured Listings", "Search Listings" or "View All Listings" tab to view current internship opportunities in the Madison Area  

(*IMPORTANT* - We have only begun entering the over 140 existing worksites into our new detailed database.  An older listing of sites is listed under the "Previous Internship Sites" tab.  In addition, internship sites are developed each year.  For now, use the listing section only as a guide to understand what types of experiences have worked in the past.)

Step 3 – Use the “Forms” tab to walk you through the paperwork involved with your mentorship experience.

Popular internship opportunities often fill up well in advance of the classroom start date.  Begin your planning at least two weeks before the beginning of your trimester or semester.
